A message to everyone:

Insulting posts are as off topic as discourse about mundane economics and capitalism versus feudalism or whatever system members prefer to discuss.

I view the last post by myself as off topic as John Fowler's post it responded to even though it is not as overtly offensive. This is a warning to all that I include myself on the list of members with a strike. Lets try to get out of this inning without shutting down the discussion.

The topic remains: "Do we need a nationalized healthcare system?"

Digression is acceptable and expected. That means digression and not deliberately bating people into discourse on other subjects.

Sometimes these subjects come up in the context of the larger debate. That is also acceptable use of this space.

Thanks everyone for your cooperation.
