Obama specifically mentioned MALPRACTICE reform, which is essentially tort reform limited to medical practice. You are the liar. Obama flatly refused to address tort reform in any way, shape or form before the AMA. Not until two days ago did Obama say another word about it. And not one of the current Democrat bills contains any tort reform measure. Obama "mentioned" it, but put a lobbiest for the trial lawyers in charge of "researching" it. We know where that is going. You are the worst scumbag liar I've ever encountered.
