This recession is the direct result of "too little government" regulation - especially financial regulation.

Au contraire mon frere!

Since our economy, especially the finance industry, has been heavily regulated for nearly 80 years, the current economic crisis is clearly a sign that government intervention does not work.

We have seen enough government intervention, it is time to give capitalism and the free market a chance.

What will happen when all of the new government programs start to fail? It will be used as an argument to get MORE government programs. Politicians are like junkies in search of their next fix. After the buzz of the current mainline of power and money wears off they'll need more.

It's never enough for politicians, it's time that We the People did an intervention with our government. It's time we said NO!
