You are 100% correct in your thinking, at least in my view. Therefore, why doesn't the company repurchase its shares? Because they don't believe in themselves, they don't believe in their product(s), and they don't believe they have a future. Young, Schmidt, et al., are only looking out for themselves. Certainly not for you and for your investment.

Don, make certain that you are watching out for your number one. Long-term, this organization is completely irrelevant. But there are plenty of suckers who get drawn in on takeover rumors (shouldn't mention tang and the like again).

But you can make a few bucks selling on a spike to the suckers before the stock price resumes its consistent trend toward net asset value (about 4« and evaporating).
