Therefore, why doesn't the company repurchase its shares? Because they don't believe in themselves, they don't believe in their product(s), and they don't believe they have a future. Young, Schmidt, et al., are only looking out for themselves. Certainly not for you and for your investment. Don, make certain that you are watching out for your number one. Long-term, this organization is completely irrelevant. But there are plenty of suckers who get drawn in on takeover rumors (shouldn't mention tang and the like again). But you can make a few bucks selling on a spike to the suckers before the stock price resumes its consistent trend toward net asset value (about 4« and evaporating). Short and proud. AV
