Hi jane, Here we go again with another revolutionary discovery. I think we are all expecting a better safer food processing system. I thought they were feeding cattle etc with antibiotics to which they were building resistance. This will have to go through FDA and a lot of studies/investigation has to be done which will take a lot of time. Till then OZONE will reign as a good alternative. Besides i think it will be cumbersome to vaccinate strawberry's infected with E.Coli. Besides there could be other strains of bacteria which we are not aware of which ozonew can take care of. Just a thought. Later Sri.
