While I like what's going on (finally!), I'm still leery. I think this could be one or both of two things: people piling in to get as many shares as possible before the conversion (average down or get in) and/or there is going to be an announcement (hinted at in a recent press release). If the latter isn't true; that is, no change in fundamentals then what we're seeing may be purely market driven.

As far as the stock being oversold, is it not the case that the lowest rational point a stock will get to is book value? Below that of course the bottom is $.00. Something may be oversold on a technical basis, but investors could care less for technical support points if the outlook is pessimistic. Every CEO believes his or her stock is undervalued and investor relations will say the same. The proof, as they say, is in the pudding.

If volume continues to be above average for the next few weeks, then maybe something is going on. But if volume declines precipitously, then I would guess that this is a momentary blip. Any thoughts?
