I get the impression that the previous management team was drilling straight down pipes at Condor and have read that opinion by others too, so I think these new guys are a bit more real in their approach.

The permits for RZ will take no longer than permits for Condor. They were applied for prior to the mining freeze.

They are just waiting on a couple of signatures to start drilling, as are Kinross. Apparently a couple of people in the process were or are on vacation.
