there's really no interstates that go into the city, except 395 but no one would go in that way, it's 2 lanes goes along SE/Anacostia. People would take the subway or Conn. Ave., Wisconsin Ave., New Hampshire Ave to North Capitol street. And from Vir. Rte 66. But there is no where to park so driving in would be a mistake. I live here and haven't heard anything on heavy traffic into the city.

That photo doesn't have the Indian Museum in it so it's at least 3 year old.
