I agree with you.Here in central Florida they have also closed one of the drive thrus which creates a long back up. When Checkers first opened here the drive thru was very fast and friendly. Now the long wait is very frustrating and I also think it will turn away more customers than save money. Now is the Time for Checkers to make a bold bid to attract new customers as I think McDonald's is losing market share. Unfortunately, they are turning them away. Hope they get it together soon. Jeff
