Cheryl, I think you are right on the money. Frankly, I'm puzzled by all the nervousness I've been seeing the last few days. If you eliminate Monday's activity as an externally induced aberration, I think you will agree there has been a quiet proponderance of buying in this issue indicating good support at the low end of the range and a willingness to accumulate any stock that is released at those levels. I wonder, if in the next few weeks or months we'll be able to look back upon October 1997 as a salutary event...particularly in regards to FNTN. Rgds Wiz
