grand ma and grand pa were her parents in hawaii, remember their daughter was a whacko who hate america and white men, Her parents probably knew this. they had ways to sent messages without phones, small planes, short wave radio, morse code etc. (hell they had phones) and it was Narobi where his grand ma said he was born, they had a population of 250,000 back than, hospitals, remember the british had been there a while so it wasn't a jungle.
