I didn't see any evidence that it was easy to get one. A phone call from granny would not have done it. You stated that anybody could have called the hospital and got the birth certificate and then you posted the actual statute that did not mention anything about calling a hospital and it stated that there had to be evidence.

If there were special circumstances surrounding the birth certificate, meaning other than option A, it would have taken more than 8 days to get through the system. Obama's birth was announced in the papers 9 days after he was born. That indicates a pretty routine filing.
