(The other 5% are either ignorant welfare assholes with no conception of triage, bitching about why it's taken 2-12 hours to get their pimple looked after in a free emergency clinic, or arrogant rich assholes who think they have a right to not pay taxes, but get titanium shoulders while other people die).
