China tries to help Obama -

I wondered how long before the Obama administration would try a distraction.

The distraction doesn't work as well if China just files a protest with the WTO and "considers" counter moves.

Somebody in the White House owes on to the PRC for the quick response, so this will be a lead item on the US news on Monday.
