Stan,

The following is a paragraph from the url (http://www.computerconcepts.com/press/cc09151997.shtml)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
DelGiorno stated "SOFTWORKS' growing revenue backlog contributes
significantly to, and is an important indicator of, long-term financial
health since these revenues are guaranteed under contracts with
customers. SOFTWORKS has been able to build this deferred revenue as a
result of our conservative revenue accounting for multi-year contracts.
Knowing this future cash flow is guaranteed enables SOFTWORKS to commit
funds for development resources and product line enhancements that help
solve the Year 2000 problem, as well as enterprise system performance
and storage issues."

----------------------------------------------------------------------

My question is why add 150 millions to the Float if these deferred revenue are guaranteed ? Am I missing the boat?

Bob
