Nope - but when both your parents are US citizens - the question doesn't even come up - it has nothing to do with color - if Obama's father was white but from say south africa the question is still open. As a matter of future elections - do you think we should formally require a birth certificate in the future?

I'm not convinced that those who do the official vetting haven't seen his BC.

So the answer is, I think that every person who runs for a government office should submit their birth certificate during the vetting process.

I don't think this means that they should be required to post their BC on the internet for the world to see.
