Mory may be the worst CEO in dealing with the analyst community on the street. He does'ny care what he does to the stock price as long as his options get reprice once a year. I can say with a great deal of confidence that no CEO likes to reprice employee options. It is very unlikely that Mory would get another chance to reprice them. Ascend's board would not let it happen.
