Without the question even being asked, SVGI management stated that the laser question was probably on everyone's mind. They said during cc that it was having no problems with the laser either in terms of supply or degradation characteristics or anything else for that matter. Cymer not directly named but who else could SVGI's laser source be in "southern California" as was stated during cc?
