Read the original post, Pro. Check up on Sunstein....ask why Beck (loony tunes that he is) is opposing him. Read Frum's orginal article, its all there. As for Beck...He himself states that his former alcoholic/drug addict period "changed his perspective" on events, so to try to understand just what that perspective is, its certainly legitimate to point out where this guy is coming from. As for the fact you think he is a conservative, well...can't help you there. Frum, Will, Bennett, Bartlett...they all think Beck is nuts. Message 25936651 But, he gets ratings and that seems to be what counts. so expect him to continue to be way "out there", arguing against both libs and cons if it suits his fringe element. He is a danger to any republican getting elected because they won't toss him over the side. And if they don't, the moderates and middle 20% won't take them seriously..... But you know all that...
