You've already played that tune before and no one danced. Arachidonic acid is an essential fatty acid which come from dietary sources such as eggs, meat and dairy products. Humans have a very limited ability to synthesize Arachidonic acid from Linolenic acid. You can't live without Arachidonic acid, so just get over your phobia which someone has created for you. .
