The president talks about all the potential savings by cutting fraud and waste in the existing medical programs....is that action contingent on congress creating new breeding grounds for more fraud and waste? Is he just too busy to show us how it would work by action instead of talk? They come across like little kids explaining how they REALLY would clean up after a new puppy....you can buy into it if you like, but I want to see real effort now....not some limp wristed promise from a delusional dreamer for action at some future date. Cut spending now....do it across the board. And if there are any politicians that don't like the hands they were dealt, then they should get out of the game. And yes.....I've advocated spending cuts regardless of the jackass in charge for as long as I can remember....so don't give me any crap about what Bush did.....Cut it now and keep cutting it.....make congressional benefits dependent on sound fiscal management, take their failure to act out of their pockets. Expecting much out of congress is a fool's game.
