Well, of course he did...but according to you that was a good thing.....and again....TARP spending was approved by.....?

Proposed by Bush, approved by the Democratic Congress. As you say a good thing. None of us would be working now if we hadn't done it.

But proposed by Bush and approved by congress doesn't get to "Obama's TARP" as Inode claims.
