They do that and I don't think anyone that voted for it will be safe in 2010. Since they are making sure it doesn't take effect until 2013 assuming the One will be in his second term before the carnage hits, everyone running will be able to run on the platform that they will rescind that nonsense that a large majority of the country does not want.
