APWR is trading again above $11 and thinking of testing the resistance at $11.86, but the H so far has been only $11.27 <g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com It announced today that it won a "full-responsibility" contract to develop a 49.5MW wind farm in Saiwusu, Guba County, Inner Mongolia, for the Urat Rear Banner-based Jihe Orient Wind Energy Co. The total value of the contract is $90.5M. It expects to start work next month and have it completed by June 2010. <g> Although the next Q results aren't expected to look good by comparison, The EE for 2010 are projected 47% better than in the current Yr., and with some further good news, the stock could get to make a 52 wks.
