Yiwu Zhang, You said "for what it's worth", so my comments are not critical of you. :) I am evaluating the PC version of VectorVest [only $20 for 5 weeks of daily downloads now]. VV has sell recommendations on several of my stocks [AMAT, KLIC, SUNW]. I'm not acting on the sell recs. VV says sell when a stock is down. It does not know about the recent market turmoil and short term prospects for the industry. VV also says buy when a stock is already going up. [The analysis is more complicated than I described.] I think right now we need more than an automated analysis. In periods of great volatility these programs can whipsaw investors all over the place.
