I asked him... he was getting his money in about 2 weeks. You know how efficient that is? When have you ever gotten a rebate in two weeks from a private company?

2 weeks is about what two months after the program? How many knew it would take that long? How many will go bankrupt? Besides thats just a promise, from the government. Ask him again in two weeks.
