Quick support question: My iPhone appears to have died. Was on the charger, pulled it off an it was very hot. No controls work; can't boot. I bought it on the first day the 3G was available at the local ATT store. What's the best bet for customer service? Take it back to the ATT store? Something on line? The "local" Apple store (not convenient at all)? Help! Can't live without it.
