Seriously, I spent a good part of my career studying and investigating disfunction in the bureaucracy and never ran across a case of anything like that. Take for example the crooked Janet Reno whose primary function in the Clinton Administration was to block the investigation and prosecution of the Clintons. You would have never been allowed within twenty layers of paperwork from those people. The corrupt in government maintain their own unaccountable system that you and I cannot penetrate. Points to me for consistency. Duly noted. "However my weird has a history of forecasting the future better than your normal." Not so far. We will have to compare notes again further down the road... IMO it has. YOur mileage may vary.
