Some good response some not. The question is what shall we do. I talked with schwabs legal department yesterday. Sounds like they had a lot of complaints. From their response I believe If you lost money Monday 10/27 or Tuesday 10/28 you have a good chance of recovering your loss. If you show you had no access to your account via phone Internet or E-Schwab.

As for the rest of us who spent the days trying to access are accounts. With no success. We are in a different situation. I still believe that being denied access to my money constitutes breach of contract on schwabs part. since there were no trades placed arbitration does not enter the equation. We are simply talking about not being able to access are accounts during the most volatile market in history.

I talked with a lawyer friend who was quite interested in this situation. He would like to know more about the individual cases involved. And If a significant number of these people would sign a class action law suit. He believes that Schwab as over stepped their bounds. By signing up new customers at their street offices. While not being able to supply reliable access to their existing customers.

Anyone serious about compensation please post your name and situation I will contact you via E mail.

P.S. please note that you would like compensation.
