I don't believe it does, because I think that corporations (and lobbyists as their mouthpieces)and other entities that are not natural human beings are not endowed with the rights of humans. But it matters very little what I think.
The claim will be made that those entities that the lobbyists represent have the rights of freedom of speech and the right to petition government. They will also claim that the Fourth Amendment gives them a claim of privacy in their dealings with government. And maybe, for all I know, the Fifth protects them from self incrimination as they pass out the camp-, um bribes.

Like I said, this is not my belief, but as long as our elected representatives' job security depends on their ability to skillfully collect bribes, the lobbyists and their employers will be more equal than you.
