that's the thing, they won't be able to prosecute anybody from those tapes, but that doesn't matter.
Tresa Kaelke can come up with any excuse she wants and it doesn't matter.
They can places charges against okeefe and giles and it doesn't matter.
What matters is that the People now know the truth. The standards are different between a courthouse and public opinion. And in public opinion ACORN is guilty.
It will be political suicide to defend ACORN now.
