it's very simple....they will blame the government and then they will vote for more government to solve the problem.

seen that kinda happen with the USSR and East Germany.

without outside interference I believe we would have seen an outbreak of capitalism in those countries...but that was subverted and they started back in a semi socialist state.

I believe that the constitution will be the foundation for a great country some time in the future. But I think it is missing something. I think it is missing a "golden rule" clause that says "where we believe in every philosophy stated, if our beliefs are used to subvert the country, we will not hesitate to use the same tactics used against us".

Where the constitution was meant to prevent exactly what we are seeing with our government now, it obviously wasn't enough. Obviously there needs to be something in the next constitution that doesn't allow the socialists to get their foot in the door.

I hope I am wrong...but I don't believe that I am.

Obama's aggressive revolutionary approach (rather than evolutionary) is probably the best thing to stop or slow down the move to complete statism. Humans don't like change that is too rapid. Put the frog in a pot of cool water and turn the heat on...he'll just enjoy the water getting warmer until it's too late and he boils. Put the frog in hot water and he will jump out.

Obama and the dems are putting the frogs in hot water.
