VASCO Data Security Signs Distribution Agreement With headtechnology GmbH finance.yahoo.com Wednesday September 16, 2009, 8:32 am EDT OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill. and ZURICH, Sept. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- VASCO Data Security Inc. (Nasdaq: VDSI), today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with headtechnology GmbH. Under the terms of the agreement, headtechnology will distribute VASCO's portfolio in Poland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russian Federation, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan.
