SO MUCH FOR THE DAMN DOWNGRADE! CPQ is already up, now it's DELL's turn. Who do they think they foolin'? Lot of investors are smarter than they think,they do their own research, use discount brokers and make their own decisions.Scare tactics may have worked like a charm in the old days, but no more. With advent of internet and other sources, information is no longer the privilage of Investment brokers and market makers alone,but it is available to any one who wants it and investors are making use of it. Why else you think Merrill Lynch and Prudential are thinking about modifying their strategies.
