OT: Although I am loathe to contribute to this OT discussion which should not be here, health administration costs are 20-25% higher in the US due to the massive administrative apparatus needed to deal with not having a public insurance system. That is the primary reason the American system is much less efficient than ours. Maybe I will now make a TOU complaint about my own post for being OT. LC
