Make a fruit fly trap... Use a jar,, put a tiny piece of banana at the bottom and fodl a piece of paper into a cone and stickit upside dwon in the jar... The fruit flies go in and do not come out. Just release them outside... not by and open window so the fly back in and your problem is gone in 48 hours. If they are aroudn longer than that it is probably you they are nesting on.
