We do have the best medical system in the world and the existence of medical mistakes doesn't change that. There are medical mistakes EVERYWHERE, dumbbell. Are you really so stupid as to not realize that? Do we make the best cars in the world also? In our non-union factories, yeah, probably - you realize all the foreign car companies have plants here now.
