Not really, fruit flies can just be a sign you're responsibly composting your vegetable waste, we get them all the time, no big deal, don't pass on any pathogens as they don't prey on animalia, actually inhaled they are probably cheap and nutritious protein, and the taste simply the price you pay for not living in some sterile gyproc box without a life

Btw, some here don't much like Lateegra ... and i'd be careful asking why, if was you
