Hopefully, this stinking deal is having some legal repercussions and perhaps Stockhouse wants nothing to do with it. Does anybody have copies of emails or forum conversations from Stockhouse? Here is part of one I sent to surveillance@iiroc.ca ... "Subject: Allen Vanguard (VRS.T) - Trading Halt Request Allen Vanguard issued a VERY material news release Saturday, Sept 12/09 which raises several questions in terms of the legality / timely disclosure of the announced “Going Private” transaction. The timing of the news release on a weekend will not allow shareholders to get legal advice prior to the Monday, Sept 14/09 market opening. I therefore request that VRS.T be halted to give all parties a chance to evaluate this news release."
