Michael,

I too agree with you and sold off this morning. I just listened to
the conference call and believe they have a few more trials and
tribulations to experience before we see some serious positive news
to increase shareholder value. The shaky overall stock market does
not help at this time either.

They expect fourth quarter revenue to be lower than the third. Not
good news. I was disappointed they generated only approximately $650,000 in new revenue for three months (not including the $2.8 mill
in backlog). I do understand that revenues for each quarter will
fluctuate due to large orders being placed at one time.

While there is no doubt that the FC market is heating up it is still going to take a while before Ancor sees any substantial ramp up in revenues to reflect this need for higher end systems which Ancor will
eventually excell in. It is just my opinion it is going to take
longer than expected. I was hoping to see a general increase in sales
to reflect more interest in Ancor's FC products. An average of
$200,000 per month is fairly low.

I'm not sure what the impact of raising additional cash will have on
shareholder value. I guess it depends on how it is raised.

I will however keep a close eye on Ancor because I too expect to jump
back in again. At this time I prefer to be on the sidelines for a
while.

Regards to all,

RJP
