Certainly, property rights must be protected by the courts because without such rights our very food supply is unsecured. A second reason for saying "Private Property--KEEP OUT" is easy to understand. Mining sites have inherent dangers and for somebody to disregard their safety places potential rescuers at risk, as well. What is Hell is somebody doing trespassing on Claims and carting around peanut butter jars for samples--if indeed your assertion is accurate?? He doesn't seem to deny the accusations but I believe he said it was Crown Land, didn't he??

I don't know how that changes things or if it does but people should know better than to risk their safety in such a fashion.
