The land Greg or e trespassed on was disposed Crown Land under title of a mineral disposition. His tea cozy relationship with the lord does not give him the right to trespass on a claim under valid disposition. It also precludes him from sampling ore.

The sampling of ore might affect negatively or even positively affect the stock price of the company if said ore was to be improperly collected, stored or assayed by an amateur such as Greg or e. A public company is required by law to have a QP or qualified person collect all ore that is being submitted for analysis where the information is to be made public. This is done to protect the public from unscrupulous operators like Greg or e who may have deliberately been trying to manipulate the price of the stock.

Who knows what kind of stock position Greg or e might have in the company and what he was really trying to show with those pictures.

We had a similar case years ago where a government geologist who was subsequently fired trespassed on one of our RC holes to collect samples of drill cuttings to analyze for diamond indicator minerals. The land he trespassed on was patented minerals under lease and not owned by the Crown and not subject to the Crown Land Act.
