The short interest ratio in essence has gone bearish. The short interest ratio has gone from 9 days to 4 days from September to October. The short interest ratio, being a contrarian index, is more bullish when the number rises -- and more BEARISH when the number falls.

Despite the short interest ratio, I think earnings, earnings, earnings will determine where the stock price is going.
