Thanks to TreKewl finding the SH backup, I spent some time last night reading through many old posts. Interesting how many times the name of Versa Capital arose on the board, dating as far back as last May. Also it seems there was a fairly significant layoff sometime around mid August affecting over 50 employees. This was not reported anywhere by the company except for a vague comment in the 8/17 PR that "..we developed plans to reduce our cost structure to a more conservative revenue run rate and have now begun implementing these measures". Is there a material disclosure requirement to report layoffs of this size?
