No that was his BS excuse for essentially telling white people that he thought it was ok to burn crosses on their black neighbor's lawn. Then when called on it he says OH, no I meant the government should not inject blacks. But even that is racist because the government SHOULD inject people of all races, but not poor people in middle class and rich.
