Government already funded, subsidized and guaranteed student loans. 'Cause the banks could make more money with CDR's and wouldn't loan to students unless it was a sweetheart deal, and the Republicans are always happy to give tax dollars to big business in sweetheart deals. Republicans started the student loan under Eisenhower and James Killian! LOL such idiots.
