There was indeed a substantial layoff that occurred on Aug 12 that affected 57 employees company wide. I would say that this would be a substantial material change that was not reported. Dave Luxton then appeared on a radio interview a day or 2 later (the link was posted on SH but not sure by who). The interviewer's last question was about the layoffs in which Dave responded that the number was about 27 and "within normal company fluctuations". Wonder why a CEO would not know how many employees had just been let go. Or did he?
