Bite they can but will it stick? It won't unless you made factually incorrect statements. If you did, retract those and leave the rest standing. The term "stealing" might be a bit harsh but they certainly received the majority of their funds from the public via financings, did deals from which they personally benefited from via huge bonuses, mismanaged them, wrote off these bad investments, taped Canadian taxpayers for research grants etc, are now selling these assets to an American entity for likely little or nothing while claiming to preserve Canadian jobs and are unwilling to even disclose the terms of the sale. That all smells like a scam or "stealing" as you called it. The point is ... They just want us to go away as all of the actions we are taking are raising issues they would rather not see being raised. I would imagine that you aren't and won't be the only person receiving such calls. I can hardly wait for someone to call me which I expect will happen next week. I am soooooooo ready!
