There is some very interesting things on the Allen Vanguard web page regarding Corporate Goverance and the disclosure policy for material changes. I have to be honest I never looked at this stuff before. I guess like others you just expect Corporations to have the shareholders best interest in mind. Boy did this burst that bubble. If you have a minute go read the pdf for Disclosure, Confidentiality, and Trading Policy. I found it most interesting and only made me more confident they breached the Corp Goverance. I saved a copy just in case they take it down. May also aid in developing emails to media and others.
