Glad you found us. We need more voices in this fiasco. This weekend I will go through the statements carefully and draft a letter. In the Financial Post column, one key point is missing. This company has never talked about BK. I can't find any statement that shows a negative book value. This deal is akin to finding a huge diamond mine, saying I ran out of cash so now I'll sell the mine for the cash I owe. It doesn't address any future earnings potential to which shareholders have a right to be compensated for. Nor, in light of recent write downs of major assets, do I trust the valuations. As recently as this summer David Luxton was talking about future expansion. This hardly seems to make any sense if the company was basically "worthless". The RCMP need to see who was suppressing the price of the stock over the last several months. We all know the stock was being held down. Finally we need to ask for immediate dismissal of David Luxton, cancellation of the Versa deal and that they be excluded from any future dealings with Allen-Vanguard and I would request choosing a new accounting firm which can properly evaluate past purchases as not only to present value but future earnings potential. Only when those numbers are in can we decide on a fair selling price which would be beneficial to all groups concerned.
